HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We don’t like to keep anyone waiting, but in order to ensure the safety of our teams and suppliers, our Standard Free UK Tracked Delivery may take up to 7 working days. Please be patient with us during this time. 

IS IT SAFE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We'd like to reassure you that receiving orders remains safe. We use Royal Mail, Yodel & other Courier to send your order who have both introduced social distancing measures and contact-free delivery.

DO YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY?

Yes, all orders are complete with 1 Year Home Hippo Warranty. We promise to repair or replace any outdoor camera purchased from us within 1 year from the purchase date if required. This warranty covers any technical faults that may occur and accidental damages that are outside your control. If you would like to extend your warranty period for more peace of mind, you can choose this option before placing your order.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you're unhappy with your order, would like to exchange or receive a refund, you can return your order within 30 days to the following address. Please include your name and order number in the return package. If you would like to request a return, please Contact us and our customer service team will respond to your email to help. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT DELIVERY DETAILS?

Please contact us immediately if you notice that your delivery address details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.
